Do I need to be home when my shipment arrives?
Nope! We do not require you to be home when your shipment arrives, but please keep in mind that these are FROZEN supplements so the quicker you’re able to receive the shipment to pop them in the freezer the better!

Where do you ship?
We ship within the contiguous 48 states only. Unfortunately, we do not service customers in Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories at this time. We will be expanding internationally in the future. Our full shipping policy can be found here.
