Our products are shipped via ground transport and typically arrive within 3 business days of leaving our facilities. Your puppops will arrive on dry ice to ensure product quality and safety. 

Please be sure to read the dry ice safety and disposal instructions that come with every shipment, and please put them immediately into your freezer until served. Additionally, feel free to read our dry ice handling instructions here.
